Due to the nature of our food-grade flavoring products and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your product is unopened, the original safety seal is intact, and it is within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
